YIX training program is not
just the a training program, it is a movement for nature lovers, and it also
includes fitness and nutrition. Our
goal is to get you out of the house and have you work out at the park, near the
beach, at the top of a mountain, in the forest or just outside your home in
your backyard, to enjoy the fresh air, the ocean and all the beauty that nature

YIX training program
is 12 weeks (3 month) High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that provides you
with unique workouts to use each month, with increasing intensity as your
fitness level increases. It also combines fitness and nutrition for
you. Workouts will be conducted 3
times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday; this allows at least a day of
rest in between workouts to allow you time to recover. All exercises in this
program have their modified version as well as their alternatives, so you get
to choose among a great variety of bodyweight exercises. The program also
features video demo links and Instructions.
If you are into nature and outdoors exercises, this is the right and
best training program for you. Working
out outdoors is not only a great stress relief but it also allows you to
increase your vitamin D levels in the sun and improve your mood! Not only is a
workout essential, but fitness and
nutrition is important. A recent study in Environmental

exercise”, has psychological benefits compared to exercising indoors, People
