Independent Amway Review - Researching the Company, Its Products, and the Business Model

Before we start this Amway review I would like to start off by saying that this Amway Review is completely unbiased and that I hold no stake whatsoever in the Amway business.
It was in 1959 that Rich DeVos founded the Amway Corp. together with Jay Van Andel. Today the Amway Corp. is one of the biggest direct selling company's in the world and operates in more than 80 countries globally.

The products that Amway market fall into three main categories, namely Health and nutrition products, Beauty products and home based product such as cleaning materials, washing powders etc. In doing this Amway review I also found that they are now branching into things such as insurance, jewelry and much more. The bottom line is that they have plenty of products in their arsenal. Are the products of good quality? Well I do believe so. I don't think they would have been around for more than 50 years if they weren't.

Amway believes in the principle of "hard work should be rewarded". The Amway compensation plan rewards you for selling their products as well as sponsoring others to do the same. Amway call its sales force "independent business owners" and as IBO's you are able to create income firstly from retail mark-up ranging from 3 - 25% and secondly by monthly and annual leadership bonuses dependent on your team performance.

The Amway review reveals that they have what they call three steps to success. The first is learning the product, and the best way they say you can do this is to use the products yourself. The second is Retail. To sell the products into the general consumer market. They do offer limited training on this. The third is to sponsor people into the business to sell not only the products but also the business model.

First off I would like to say that after doing the Amway review it is clear that this is definitely a feasible business model, in fact many people have created very successful businesses through Amway. Unfortunately many... in fact the vast majority of people who try, will fail at the business. But here is the thing, it isn't the business that fails, it's the people attempting the business that fail. Too many people think just by signing up they are guaranteed an income. Not so, as you see in this Amway review it takes hard work and dedication.

I actually signed up for the Amway business a few years back and I was one of those that did not make it work. Not Amway's fault, it was my fault. I didn't do my due diligence. In fact I wish I had read an Amway review before I started.

Amway is a direct selling company that makes use of network marketing to sell a wide range of products. If you are looking for innovative ways to market your Amway products, you've come to just the right place!

The business became an instant success and that was how Amway was born - the American Way. Following the worldwide success of their product, LOC, Amway started churning out many more products, and in a span of nearly 20 years, they have managed to extend their reach to countries across the globe.
